A Produce Equation

Picking 21 1/2 pounds of green beans + washing + snapping + blanching =
13 more quart bags of beans in the freezer!

Little by little we're reaching our goal for the summer!

  5. It is, Suze! We were beginning to think we might not after the very poor first crop we had, but now not only is our second planting of beans producing well, but the first planting started producing again!

  9. Around 50-60 bags, Betsy . . . we've gotten quite a few in the freezer now, so I think we're going to be able to reach our goal without any problem and then sell some as well!
